The debugging content of diesel generator can be divided into two parts: no-load debugging and load debugging.
Unit no-load debugging
The newly purchased diesel generator set firstly performs the no-load debugging of the unit after the unit positioning, the exhaust pipe installation, the filling of the coolant and the lubricating oil, and the power line are fixed. The unit is started first, the idle speed is 1-2 minutes, and the engine oil pressure is normal. The unit has no abnormal noise. When the unit frequency fluctuates, it rises to high speed to 1500 rpm rated speed. Observe the unit's various measuring instruments, frequency 50HZ, voltage 400V and three-phase balance, power generation indicator lights up, engine oil pressure is not lower than 2MPa. . The unit has no abnormal noise, no oil leakage, air leakage, and leakage of coolant. The unit control switch is closed freely. The grounding wire of the unit is safely connected, the power line connection is correct, and the color code is clearly and correctly indicated.
Unit load debugging
Close the control switch on the basis of no-load debugging, and slowly increase the unit from the small power load until the rated power of the unit. During the loading test, observe whether the unit has abnormal vibration and whether there is abnormal noise. If there is abnormal situation, press the emergency stop button to take emergency stop. Observe the fluctuation of voltage when the load increases, the voltage fluctuation rate is 5% normal range, whether the frequency is running above the rated power is guaranteed to be above 50HZ, whether the engine exhaust color is abnormal, whether the oil pressure and water temperature are within the specified value range. The three-phase voltage of the unit not only needs to be balanced, but also needs to be balanced when the three-phase current is running.
